Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions with students and parents based on validated lead information.
- Analyse student goals, pain points, financial considerations, and timelines to recommend suitable courses.
- Handling difficult customers and critical objections related to fees, trust, timing, competition, and placement outcomes professionally.
- Drive admissions closure through structured follow-ups with minimal escalations and clear next-step communication.
- Ensure all counselling and follow-up activities are accurately documented in the CRM.
- Maintain ethical counselling standards and ensure zero mis-selling.
- Meet the assigned admission, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Participate actively in training and certification programs conducted by L&D.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, student concerns, and process improvements.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in admissions counselling, sales, or a similar conversion-focused role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding conversion targets(B2C).
- Experience in handling parents and high-value admissions preferred.
