Job Title: Milling Operator

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Milling Operator to operate and handle milling machines in the production department. The candidate should have knowledge of machining processes, machine setup, and maintaining production quality as per drawing specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate conventional / CNC milling machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
- Perform milling operations as per production requirements.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of machined components.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Report machine issues or production problems to the supervisor.
- Achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills:
- Experience milling machine operations.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good machine handling and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of production and quality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing or machine shop industry preferred.
- Hardworking and responsible attitude.
