1. Responsibilities:
· Develop PLC logic and HMI screens for automation and laser systems based on application requirements.
· Interpret electrical drawings and perform panel wiring as per approved circuit layouts.
· Conduct debugging, simulation, testing, and commissioning of PLC and control systems at both in-house and client locations.
· Collaborate with mechanical, design, and assembly teams for seamless hardware-software integration.
· Create and maintain standard program backups and ensure documentation of all PLC software versions.
· Collaborate with external client software teams to ensure smooth protocol integration, data exchange, and compatibility.
· Prepare and maintain all project documentation including electrical schematics, PDI reports, and trial logs.
· Optimize PLC programs to reduce cycle time, enhance accuracy, and improve overall system performance.
· Train internal teams and customer operators on machine operation, fault diagnosis, and basic troubleshooting.
· Lead technical mentoring and development of junior engineers or subordinates.
· Ensure full compliance with electrical safety codes, automation standards, and industrial control regulations.
· Stay updated with trends in automation, PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi), and HMI design tools.

2. Key Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
· Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA development
· Electrical wiring, panel design, and troubleshooting
· Understanding of sensors, actuators, relays, VFDs, cameras, and safety interlocks
· Problem-solving and analytical thinking
· Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
· Time and project management
3. Education:
· Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering
· Certification in PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsbishi, etc.) preferred
4. Experience:
· 2–5 years of experience in PLC programming, panel wiring, and integration with automation systems
· Experience in industrial automation, motion control, sensors, vision systems, or laser systems is highly desirable
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
