Job Summary
Quickflo Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in the D2C/eCommerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of D2C brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with D2C brand clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Understand client business goals and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and support to deliver seamless service.
- Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare regular reports.
- Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or customer success.
- Experience working with D2C/eCommerce brands is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
