Job Responsibilities
Generate new Demat & Trading Account clients
Appoint and activate new Authorized Persons (APs)
Generate brokerage revenue through clients and AP network
Promote IPOs, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Basket Orders, and Research Services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and APs
Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
Eligibility
Experience in Stock Broking, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Sales
Basic knowledge of the stock market
Good communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Expected Performance: Generate revenue of at least 3x your monthly salary.
Attractive Incentive Structure:
Incentives on client acquisition and revenue generation
₹10,000 incentive for every AP appointed and activated who starts generating business
No upper limit on incentives for high performers
