Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and organized Secretary cum Admin Executive to provide administrative and secretarial support to the management while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and multitasking skills with a professional attitude.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Secretarial Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items.
- Draft professional emails, letters, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Maintain confidential documents and company records.
- Screen phone calls, visitors, and coordinate appointments.
Administration
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, office maintenance, courier, and facility services.
- Manage inward and outward correspondence, courier, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and administrative support.
Documentation & Coordination
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, and other departments for administrative requirements.
- Maintain employee attendance records and support onboarding documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and presentations for management.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for employees and management.
- Coordinate internal meetings, client visits, and company events.
Compliance & Office Management
- Ensure office records are updated and maintained.
- Support compliance documentation and audit-related administrative work.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Arts, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration/Secretarial Practice will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, Administrative Executive, or Office Coordinator.
- Good drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, defence, or industrial organizations is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
