Job Summary
ITL is seeking a skilled and reliable PDC Machine Operator to support production operations at our Pundhe factory. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring Pressure Die Casting (PDC) machines to ensure smooth production, quality output, and safe machine operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor PDC machines during production
- Set up machines and adjust parameters as per production requirements
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and casting components
- Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
- Follow production schedules and achieve target output
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PDC/Die Casting operations
- Knowledge of machine operation and production processes
