Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive at Levitant, you will be the engine behind our growth. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue goals. We are not looking for someone who just fills a seat — we want a go-getter who sees every lead as a challenge worth conquering.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads for our planning and designing projects through networking, collaboration, attending industry events, exhibitions, and on-ground outreach.
- Meet and engage with builders, developers, and potential business partners to build a strong lead pipeline.
- Manage and track all leads and interactions through the company CRM — keep it updated, accurate, and actionable always.
- Develop and execute strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify new business verticals, partnership opportunities, and market segments to expand Levitant’s presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover after lead conversion.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline health, lead status, and convert leads to deals for management review.
- Represent Levitant professionally at meetings, presentations, and networking events to strengthen brand credibility.
- Follow up persistently with warm leads and nurture relationships to drive closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong networking skills — you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and following through.
- Experience using or willingness to work with Zoho CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record (however early) of meeting sales or business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi.
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of the BD function.
Highly Recommended
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or B2B services sector.
- Existing network of builders, developers, or industry contacts in Gujarat.
- Familiarity with digital lead generation tools, LinkedIn outreach, or cold outreach techniques.
