Compensation: Up to ₹55,000/month (Performance-Driven)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Team Leader (TL) to drive revenue outcomes and lead a high-performance consulting sales team.
This is a revenue ownership role.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving team performance
- Improving conversions
- Ensuring pipeline execution
- Delivering consistent monthly revenue
You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring activity translates into outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Team Performance
- Drive monthly revenue targets through your team
- Ensure consultants achieve individual targets
- Improve conversion ratios across pipeline stages
- Own team output and revenue outcomes
2. Pipeline & Execution Management
- Monitor daily activity (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
- Ensure strict execution discipline
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve gaps
- Maintain deal momentum across stages
3. Team Leadership & Coaching
- Manage a team of up to 3 consultants
- Guide team on calls, meetings, and conversions
- Provide real-time feedback and performance direction
- Act as first escalation point for performance issues
4. CRM Discipline & Reporting
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and tracking
- Monitor pipeline data and deal stages
- Maintain daily reporting discipline
- Share structured updates with management
5. Deal Support & Closure Enablement
- Support high-intent deals and closures
- Assist in structuring conversations and negotiations
- Ensure documentation and process compliance
- Coordinate with leadership for high-value deals
Performance Expectation
You will be expected to:
- Deliver consistent monthly team revenue
- Maintain strong execution discipline
- Improve conversion speed and efficiency
- Take ownership of both team and individual contribution
Who Should ApplyRequired
- 2–3 years experience in sales / inside sales / business development
- Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
- Experience managing pipeline, leads, or conversions
- Comfortable with CRM, Google Sheets, and reporting
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in team handling or mentoring
- Exposure to consulting / franchise / service-based sales
- Understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics
