Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Spine HR Software.
- Ensure accurate processing of salaries, reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, and final settlements.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Generate and maintain payroll reports, MIS reports, and HR dashboards.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for payroll reconciliation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy in the HRMS.
- Support recruitment coordination and general HR operations activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Spine HR Software.
- Expertise in Payroll Processing and HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Full & Final Settlement.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reports).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certification in Payroll Management or HRMS will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
- Immediate joiner or candidates who can join within 30 days.
- Experience working on Spine HR Software is mandatory.
- Candidates residing in Mumbai or nearby locations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
