Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage both Customer Care and Sales . The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, building strong relationships, resolving enquiries, and promoting our products and services to achieve sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Promote products and services and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience or freshers can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam are mandatory.
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong customer handling, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
