About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Designer with a strong foundation in modern web technologies and an exceptional eye for user experience (UX). You won't just be designing layouts; you will be bringing them to life with clean, semantic, and responsive code.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional experience, possesses a strong sense of aesthetics, and understands how to design with the developer’s workflow in mind.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, visually stunning, and user-friendly web interfaces and layouts.
- Frontend Development: Convert design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into high-quality, pixel-perfect, responsive HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure designs are fully optimized, fast-loading, and responsive across all screen sizes and modern browsers.
- Framework Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure design integrity is maintained when integrating into modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Optimization: Maintain and improve existing website designs and user flows based on performance data and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional web design and UI/UX experience (Agency or Product-based background preferred).
- Core Tech Stack: Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and native JavaScript (ES6+).
- Design Tools: High proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Design & UX Sensibility: A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and user-centric design principles.
- Framework Familiarity (Bonus/Plus): Basic knowledge or foundational understanding of frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Angular (you don't need to be a heavyweight backend dev, but you must understand how components work).
- CSS Ecosystem: Experience with modern CSS methodologies or frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or SASS/LESS).
- Version Control: Basic familiarity with Git/GitHub is a strong plus.
