Veeyor Polymers Private Limited (VPPL) is a 4 decades old company that has experience with
providing a specialist formulation in three major polymer systems – Polyurethane, Epoxy, and
silicone. VPPL is an ISO-9001 certified company and is currently pursuing additional
certifications including IATF 16959:2016. With a core focus on innovation and consistency in
product quality, Veeyor provides custom-made formulations to suit the specific requirements of
the customer. In-depth knowledge and deep understanding of polymeric material have been true
strengths of Veeyor for decades. With a dedicated R&D team and vast production capacity
spread across two production sites in India and one production site in Portugal, VPPL performs
rigorous research to innovate formulations that are suited for applications in various industries
including electrical, electronics, filters and flooring.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Position Name: QC Chemist
Position Description: Quality Control Chemist will be responsible for characterizing production
and R&D batch samples and ensuring that the final batch quality meets product specifications.
QC Chemist will also be involved in method development, instrumentation, support
documentation and audit preparedness.
Department: Quality Department
Location: Veeyor Polymers Unit 2 (Jakkasandra Industrial Area)
Reporting Manager: Quality Head
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform standardized physical and chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples,
and finished goods (including viscosity, solids content, and density).
Operate, maintain and develop testing methodologies for analytical equipment to verify
polymer structures and other key mechanical, thermal and electrical properties.
Identify and document in-house deviations as well customer complaints; collaborate with
Production and R&D teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions
(CAPA).
Maintain a laboratory environment that adheres to various certification standards such as
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Maintain meticulous records of test results to ensure full batch traceability.
Coordinate outsource testing for samples, analyze testing reports and present data
internally.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 2+ years in a QC laboratory, specifically within the polymers, resins, or
specialty chemicals industry.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of polymerization reactions and curing
mechanisms (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane).
Instrumentation: Experience with titration, GPC/GC/HPLC, and mechanical testing
(tensile/shear strength).
Familiarity with ASTM and ISO testing methodologies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
