Junior Architect (Execution Focused)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Kothanur, Bangalore
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Shift & Schedule: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
We are seeking a practical, execution-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Kothanur. You will focus on turning design concepts into reality through technical documentation, consultant coordination.
What You Will Do
- Create precise working drawings (Plans, Sections, Details).
- Build 3D models and basic visualizations.
- Support BOQ and material quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate designs with Structural and MEP consultants.
- Conduct site visits to verify drawings against construction.
What We Look For
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of professional architecture experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of construction details and materials.
- Sharp attention to detail and clear communication skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kothanur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
