Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Chemistry or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply).
Knowledge of: GMP, batch manufacturing process, SOP documentation, and equipment operation.
o Maintain GMP and GDP standards in all manufacturing areas.
Prepare batches according to approved Master Formula Records (MFR/BMR).o Ensure correct weighing, charging, and mixing of raw materials as per process.o Monitor and record process parameters (temperature, time, pH, etc.).o Maintain batch records and ensure proper line clearance before starting.
Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) for in-process and final sampling.
Skills: Attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and communication.
