We're looking for a friendly and confident Customer Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. If you enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and creating great experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Chat with clients and guests to understand their requirements and assist them promptly.
- Respond to inquiries, messages, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address guest requests and concerns.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and work towards quick resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable chatting with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service is a plus.
