Job Title: Executive Accounts Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Financial Management
- Independently manage the complete accounting cycle and ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally, including journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and ledger postings.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, and other MIS reports.
- Perform regular ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash and fund movements.
- Financial Closing & Compliance
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Manage TDS compliance, Income Tax provisions, and timely filing of statutory returns.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, taxation regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit requirements.
- Support management in financial reporting, compliance, and audit-related activities.
- Investment & Share Market Accounting
- Maintain accounting records related to share market transactions, investments, and trading activities.
- Record and reconcile equity, mutual fund, and other investment transactions.
- Understand and account for capital gains, securities transactions, dividend income, and related tax implications.
- Reconcile broker statements, demat accounts, and investment portfolios on a periodic basis.
- Ensure accurate reporting of investment-related financial information.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Experience in TDS, Income Tax compliance, and financial statement preparation.
- Exposure to share market accounting, investment accounting, and broker reconciliations preferred.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
