We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nail Trainer to mentor aspiring nail technicians and deliver high-quality practical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional classroom and practical training in nail technology.
- Train students in:
- Nail Extensions (Gel, Acrylic & Polygel)
- Nail Art Techniques
- Gel Polish & Gel Paint
- Nail Sculpting
- Nail Refills & Removal
- Nail Care, Manicure & Pedicure
- Nail Hygiene and Safety Standards
- Demonstrate the correct use of professional nail products and equipment.
- Evaluate students through practical assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain training records.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the nail lab and equipment.
- Guide students on industry standards, customer service, and salon etiquette.
- Assist in workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and promotional events organized by the academy.
- Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
Requirements
- Masters in Nail Technology from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Nail Trainer or Professional Nail Technician.
- Strong practical knowledge of nail extensions, nail art, and advanced nail techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Positive attitude, patience, and professional grooming.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on expertise in Gel, Acrylic, and Polygel systems.
- Creative nail art and design skills.
- Classroom management and student engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
