Front Desk Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients professionally.
- Manage patient registration, check-in, and check-out procedures.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently.
- Conduct telecalling activities to confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and provide information about services, treatments, health packages, or promotions.
- Respond to patient inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff regarding patient appointments and requirements.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing-related queries.
- Manage emails, messages, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and maintain a professional reception environment.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and telecalling skills.
- Strong customer service and patient relationship management.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and front desk activities simultaneously.
- Good computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Professional, courteous, and patient-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
