- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases.
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including flights and hotels .
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, management, clients, and guests.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and administrative documentation.
- Track inventory of office supplies and furniture-related materials.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Prepare reports, MIS data, and administrative correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
