Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all testing procedures for food, agrochemicals, herbal extracts, soil & water and fertilizers.
- Validate and standardize new test methods and instruments.
- Implement and maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes and implement necessary updates in lab procedures.
- Supervise and mentor lab analysts, technicians, and chemists.
- Conduct training programs on new methodologies, safety, and quality assurance.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enforce adherence.
- Develop and validate new test methods for chemical, microbiological, and pesticide residue analysis.
- Support & provide technical guidance to research team, customers on test requirements and regulatory compliance.
Competency
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, FSSAI, APEDA, BIS, FAO guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (GC-MS, LC-MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, Spectrophotometry, etc.).
- Experience in method development and validation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in setting up a new lab & expanding lab capabilities
- Capability to lead team, train and educate.
- Skill in investigating and addressing customer complaints and quality claims.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
