Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Spare Parts & Service Operation process on DSM. Creates WO, delivery notes, technicians time accounting, invoicing & follow up on payments if any.
- Work on CRM(Salesforce), follow up until completion with Service Operation & customers.
- Follow up & completion of time bound task & report to Service Administrator.
- Apply Gate passes for Site access.
- Managing Tools Inventory
- Lease Fleet management – Contracts, PO and Invoices
- Invoices for Commissioning & Internal Service jobs.
- Inside sales support.
- Supporting the Service team of the country, both Front End & Back End sales support, responsible for making quotations and keeping the requested on-time delivery.
- Gather RFQ (request for quotation) data including customer drawings specifications from both internal external sources
- Quoting product prices, delivery specifications and payment terms and offering substitute products where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders during the process
- Establishes and maintains customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide technical information.
- Ensure best practice is followed to achieve a seamless customer experience
- Support or facilitate meetings as required with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain records as required
- Manage workload to ensure that all requests are completed in a timely manner
- Support KPI activity
- Work with linked teams and the business to identify opportunities for improvement and processes to better service the customer
- Generates product and price quotes as required.
- Gains familiarity of the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing methods.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of HVAC Building Industry – Similar industry
- Should have financial understanding (Cost & Revenue & Profit) & understand Customer Satisfaction.
- Prefer to have experience in SAP
- Experience in the similar profile ( 2 -3 years)
Education:
- Science Graduate ( Mathematics preferred)
Skills:
- Well versed with computer & usage of excel, words and power points
- Able to generate qualitative report towards customer and management
- Customer Handling, Verbal & written communication skills are mandatory
- Multi-tasking
Personality Attributes:
- Result Oriented & team player
- Customer Handling skill / knowledge
Preferred:
- With relative experience in local market
- Should be equipped with driving license and easy to move around as needed
- Speed is the key working as service coordinator.
