Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our influencer marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Reach out to brands, startups, e-commerce businesses, and corporate clients to promote influencer marketing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls to understand business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and pitch decks.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with influencer marketing, creative, and campaign management teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences when required.
