We’re looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who is excited about creating simple, meaningful, and user-friendly experiences. If you believe that the best design feels invisible — this role is for you.
You’ll join our product design team and work on real features used by millions worldwide. This isn’t an internship where your designs stay in a folder. You’ll contribute to real product experiences, participate in critiques, collaborate with engineering, and learn how AI-powered interfaces are designed for scale.
- Ship real designs Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for enterprise-grade web and mobile products
- Uncover user insights Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements, research findings, and usability test outcomes
- Design with intention Build UI components, learn design systems, and apply accessibility and consistency standards
- Collaborate across teams Join brainstorming sessions with designers, PMs, and engineers to solve UX challenges
- Improve existing experiences Identify UX pain points and propose thoughtful, user-centered solutions
- A solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals (through coursework, personal projects, or internships)
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq, or InVision — we primarily use Figma
- A portfolio or case studies showing your design process (academics, side projects, redesigns — all count!)
- Curiosity about designing technology that’s human-centered, inclusive, and delightful
- Strong communication skills and comfort explaining design decisions
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset — asking why before creating what
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end fundamentals
- Experience working with design systems or pattern libraries
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
- Exposure to user research and usability testing
- Participation in design challenges or design communities
