Roles & Responsibilities – Inside Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on inquiries and leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Prepare and share sales reports and updates with management.
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
