Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager – Head to lead the finance and accounts function. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and team management while ensuring accurate financial records and timely statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team while improving financial processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in budgeting, auditing, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
