Job Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from customers and business locations.
- Deliver shipments safely and on time.
- Verify shipment details before pickup and delivery.
- Collect POD (Proof of Delivery), signatures, and payments (if applicable).
- Maintain proper communication with customers and the operations team.
- Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Report any delivery issues or delays immediately.
Requirements
- Must be able to drive a 3-wheeler cargo vehicle.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of parcels.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Prior courier or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
