Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can develop engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about writing, storytelling, and creating content that drives brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content for blogs, website pages, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Research industry trends related to coworking, commercial real estate, startups, remote work, and workplace solutions.
- Write SEO-friendly articles and landing page content.
- Develop compelling captions, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create lead-generation content.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Assist in content planning and content calendar management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
