Job Summary:
The Account Executive will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in Tally and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Support in monthly and annual financial closing and audit processes.
- Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and bills.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
