- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
