Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and support them through the admission process. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and understand their career goals and interests
- Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities clearly
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student records and update CRM/sheets regularly
- Coordinate with faculty and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly admission targets

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
