Job Title:
Sales Counselor: We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Counselor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with assigned leads.
- Generate walk-ins by effectively engaging prospective students/customers.
- Counsel prospects and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Explain courses/services, fees, and the admission process.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken) to communicate effectively with a diverse range of prospects.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, counseling, admission
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education sales, admissions, or inside sales is preferred
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives based on achieving enrollment targets.
- Location: RRnagar, Bangalore
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
