Role Description The School Administrative Head is a full-time, on-site role based at Delhi Public School Varanasi. This role oversees daily administrative operations, including coordination of academic and co-curricular schedules, supervision of support staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of school processes. Responsibilities include managing admissions and parent communication, monitoring facilities and infrastructure, and supporting implementation of school policies in alignment with regulatory and DPS Society guidelines. The Administrative Head collaborates with the Principal and academic leadership on planning budgets, resource allocation, and operational improvements, while maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation. The role also involves handling stakeholder queries, resolving operational issues promptly, and contributing to a safe, organized, and learner-focused environment.

Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
Excellent Planning capabilities for organizing schedules, events, resource deployment, and process implementation.
Customer Service orientation to manage parent and visitor interactions professionally and address concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Budgeting skills to assist in financial planning, cost control, and optimal utilization of school resources.
Proven experience in school or educational institution administration; prior leadership experience in K–12 settings is highly desirable.
Knowledge of education sector regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in office productivity tools and school management software.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
