- Skills: Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team Management: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assign daily tasks, and track attendance.
- Safety Enforcement: Inspect sites for hazards, ensure proper use of safety gear, and manage emergency protocols.
- Quality & Progress Tracking: Verify work matches blueprints and building codes, and write daily progress reports.
- Resource Coordination: Order building supplies, manage equipment maintenance, and communicate with clients or project managers.
