Job Description – Store Keeper (Fine-Dine Restaurant)
Position: Store Keeper
Location: Phoenix Citadel Mall, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Industry: Fine-Dine Restaurant / Premium Lounge
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth supply chain operations in a premium dining environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in F&B inventory management and maintain high standards of accuracy, hygiene, and control.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and consumption
- Monitor daily stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies
- Conduct regular physical stock audits
Receiving & Storage
- Receive and inspect deliveries (quality, quantity, invoices)
- Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO practices
- Store items as per temperature & hygiene standards
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain GRN (Goods Received Notes) and stock registers
- Coordinate with purchase team for reordering
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports
Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams
- Ensure timely availability of required materials
- Manage vendor coordination when required
Compliance & Control
- Ensure adherence to food safety & hygiene standards
- Prevent pilferage, wastage, and stock discrepancies
- Follow internal SOPs and audit processes
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience as Store Keeper in Fine-Dine / Hotel / Club
- Strong knowledge of F&B inventory systems
- Familiarity with FIFO, stock rotation, and storage norms
- Basic computer skills (Excel / POS / Inventory software)
- Good coordination & communication skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory software
- Knowledge of bar inventory (liquor control)
- Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environment
