- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Understand clients' current and future needs, challenges, and goals to identify opportunities for providing relevant products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Present and explain complex financial products, services, or solutions clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and solution delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling relevant offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Prepare and deliver regular client reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
