Position Overview
As a service engineer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of crusher and screening equipment. You will interact directly with clients to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery, provide training, and help resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Field Support
Install, commission, and test cone crushers, VSI crushers, jaw crushers, and screens at customer sites.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine service checks.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Perform breakdown analysis and implement corrective fixes.
Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during service visits.
Provide operational guidance and technical training to customers’ staff.
Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed service reports, fault analysis, and job completion reports.
Record parts usage and service recommendations.
Maintain accurate machine service history in the database or ERP system.
Quality & Safety
Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and client safety standards.
Promote best practices in machine handling and onsite behavior.
Report incidents and near misses, and follow corrective action procedures.
Spare Parts & Inventory
Advise on required spare parts and consumables.
Assist in evaluating stock levels and ordering parts as needed.
Ensure proper handling and use of tools and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,475.08 - ₹20,000.00 per month
