Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Training Manager to support the design and delivery of practical training programs for blue-collar and frontline staff (housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, security, and supervisors) across multiple sites in the facility management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site-based practical training, inductions, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new and existing blue-collar employees.
Deliver Supervisor Development Programs focusing on leadership, team handling, and operational excellence.
Own monthly/quarterly training calendars and ensure high coverage with minimal operational disruption.
Track training effectiveness, maintain records, and prepare reports/dashboards.
Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to identify skill gaps and drive improvements.
Travel inter-state as required for new site mobilizations and large-scale training programs.
Requirements:
Experience: 4–7 years in training (at least 2–3 years in blue-collar/frontline training in facility management, hospitality, housekeeping, or service industry).
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Hotel Management, HR, or related field preferred).
Strong facilitation and communication skills for blue-collar audiences.
Willingness to travel and work at multiple sites.
Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
