Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to manage daily office operations while handling the company’s social media presence. This dual-role position requires administrative efficiency along with digital marketing skills to promote travel packages and engage customers online.
Key Responsibilities: Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain records, bookings, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinate with travel agents, vendors, and clients
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Assist in billing, payments, and basic accounting tasks
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries online
- Promote travel packages, offers, and destinations
- Monitor trends and competitors in the tourism industry
- Run and manage social media campaigns and ads
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in office administration and/or social media management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email management)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creativity in content creation and marketing

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
