Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Onboarding: Oversee the process of onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and understanding their evolving needs and expectations.
- Campaign Strategizing and Execution: Lead the development of comprehensive strategies for client campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of results.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the client servicing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insightful recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Client Advocacy and Retention: Act as a strong advocate for clients within the organization, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging existing client relationships and industry insights.
- Internal Client Business Growth: Drive revenue growth from existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling influencer solutions
Key Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Prior experience of 8+ years in client servicing and account management
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
