About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth by promoting our range of carpet products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Explain carpet product specifications, including material, design, size, quality, pricing, and customization options.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Generate and qualify leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the system.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Stay updated on product offerings and market trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
