Vistatru Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing civil construction company specializing in residential and commercial construction projects. We are looking for a highly responsible and execution-focused Senior Civil Engineer who can independently manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion with quality. Key Responsibilities Independently manage 3–4 construction projects simultaneously. Plan and monitor daily site activities. Lead and supervise Site Supervisors and contractors. Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget. Prepare weekly work plans and progress reports. Coordinate labour, vendors, and material procurement. Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings and specifications. Monitor project costs and minimize wastage. Resolve site execution issues proactively. Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP consultants. Maintain complete project documentation. Ensure safety standards are followed at all sites. Required Skills Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and residential construction. Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously. Excellent planning and execution skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good communication and client handling skills. Ability to take ownership and work independently. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, BOQ, billing, and project planning.
Experience using project management or CRM software is an advantage. Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 6 years of hands-on site execution experience. Experience managing residential or commercial building projects is mandatory.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
