Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Coordination Manager to lead the sales coordination function and ensure seamless coordination between the sales team and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Sales Coordination or Market Support, excellent communication skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales Coordination/Market Support team.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth order execution and timely customer support.
- Handle end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and dispatch coordination.
- Review and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoicing and ensure timely invoice generation.
- Follow up with the Sales team regarding pending orders, customer requirements, and documentation.
- Organize and coordinate Monthly Sales Review Meetings, including preparing reports, presentations, MOMs, and action trackers.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Stores, and other internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve operational issues affecting customer deliveries.
- Ensure timely communication between internal departments and the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and operational reports.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency of sales coordination activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Sales Coordination or Market Support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF Functions, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, MIS Reporting, etc.) is mandatory.
- Experience in team handling and managing daily operations.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination or Market Support.
- Experience in handling sales operations, order processing, PO management, invoicing coordination, and MIS reporting.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates from the Bath Fittings, Sanitary Ware, Building Materials, Hardware, Electrical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
