We at Shree Bajrang Motors Pvt. Ltd. (an authorized service center of Ashok Leyland Heavy Vehicles) are looking for experienced and competent bodyshop denters for the denting and repairing works at the workshop. Experienced and willing-to-work candidates are invited to apply or walk-in at Shree Bajrang Motors Pvt. Ltd., Raigarh.
1. Denting & Body Repair Work
- Perform denting and reshaping of damaged vehicle body parts (cabins, panels, doors, bumpers, etc.).
- Repair accident-damaged heavy vehicles using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Carry out panel beating, straightening, and alignment work.
2. Damage Assessment
- Inspect vehicles to identify the extent of damage and required repair work.
- Coordinate with the service advisor/bodyshop supervisor for job estimation.
3. Welding & Fabrication
- Perform gas welding, arc welding, and cutting as required.
- Repair or replace damaged structural components of the vehicle body.
4. Panel Replacement & Fitting
- Remove and refit damaged panels and components.
- Ensure proper alignment and fitting as per company standards.
5. Surface Preparation
- Prepare repaired surfaces for painting (grinding, filing, smoothing).
- Coordinate with painter for final finishing work.
6. Quality & Finishing
- Ensure high-quality repair work with proper finishing and alignment.
- Avoid rework by following standard repair procedures.
7. Tool & Equipment Handling
- Use denting tools, hydraulic equipment, and bodyshop machines properly.
- Maintain tools in good working condition.
8. Safety Compliance
- Follow workshop safety guidelines and use PPE.
- Ensure safe handling of welding equipment and tools.
9. Productivity & Efficiency
- Complete assigned jobs within standard time.
- Maintain efficiency and minimize idle time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / skilled technician in body repair or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in denting work (preferably in heavy commercial vehicles).
- Knowledge of bodyshop tools, welding, and repair techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in authorized commercial vehicle workshops.
- Ability to handle accident repair jobs independently.
- Understanding of heavy vehicle structure and body design.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
