Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS Executive to manage transportation-related data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, monitor vehicle movements, and provide accurate operational information to the management and operations team.
The candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, good analytical ability, and an understanding of transportation/logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily vehicle movement and trip records.
- Prepare Daily MIS, Vehicle Status Report, Dispatch Report and Delivery Report.
- Track vehicle placement, loading, dispatch, in-transit and unloading status.
- Maintain records
- Coordinate with Transport Operations, Customers and Plant Teams for regular updates.
- Prepare pending vehicle / pending delivery reports and follow up with the concerned team.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround time and identify delays.
- Freight billing.
- Verify trip data against LR, weighment slips, delivery challans and other documents.
- Prepare monthly reports for billing, revenue, freight, quantity transported and vehicle utilization.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide required MIS reports to Management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Identify discrepancies in transportation data and coordinate with the concerned team for correction.
- Maintain proper backup and filing of operational records.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, Pivot Tables and Excel Filters.
- Good knowledge of data handling and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of transportation/logistics operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of transportation software/TMS/ERP will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, logistics, transportation, fleet management or operations.
- Candidates with experience in transportation will be preferred.

Working Hours
Full-time | 6 days working
Timing: [10:00 AM – 6:30 PM] (can be modified as per company requirement)
Salary: ₹10000-15000/ per month, depending on experience and skills.
