We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Biology Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, explaining core biological concepts, leading laboratory practicals, and helping students achieve academic success in life sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures and lessons covering botany, zoology, human anatomy, genetics, and ecology.
- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum standard.
- Practical & Lab Work: Organize, supervise, and conduct hands-on laboratory experiments safely while teaching proper lab techniques.
- Student Evaluation: Conduct regular quizzes, mock tests, and exams; assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentorship & Support: Offer additional support and guidance to students preparing for competitive exams or board assessments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany, or a related field (B.Ed / M.Ed is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience teaching high school or college-level Biology (Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Strong mastery of core biological concepts and laboratory practicals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency with digital teaching tools and presentation software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
