About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Creative Operations Intern who is passionate about using the latest AI tools to create presentations, videos, graphics, documents, and digital content. This is not a coding role. Instead, it is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI platforms, writing effective prompts, and finding creative ways to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality presentations using AI tools such as Claude, Gamma, Canva AI, ChatGPT, and similar platforms.
- Develop and refine prompts to generate professional presentations, reports, proposals, graphics, and videos.
- Produce marketing materials, brochures, pitch decks, social media creatives, and training content using AI.
- Generate AI-assisted videos, animations, voiceovers, and visual content.
- Research and test new AI tools released globally and recommend the best ones for business use.
- Identify free, freemium, and enterprise AI solutions that improve productivity while complying with each platform's terms of service.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, proposals, business documents, letters, and office presentations using AI.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, templates, prompts, and AI workflows.
- Improve existing presentations, documents, and designs using AI-powered enhancements.
- Help digitize company processes through AI automation wherever appropriate.
- Maintain an internal library of AI prompts, templates, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and productivity platforms.
Required Skills
- Excellent prompt-writing skills.
