Job Summary
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out, maintaining excellent customer service, supervising front office associates, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities - Front Office Operations
- Supervise daily front office activities across all shifts.
- Ensure smooth and accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and room status.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for room readiness.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly.
- Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide Front Office Associates.
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate major concerns to management.
- Maintain positive guest relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Verify daily cash collections and billing accuracy.
- Ensure all guest registrations and records are complete.
- Monitor OTA bookings, direct bookings, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communication.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
- Train new team members on hotel SOPs and service standards.
- Prepare duty rosters when assigned.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
