Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom, corporate office, manufacturing, and support functions.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and job portals.
- Conduct interviews and assist department heads in candidate selection.
- Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. KRA & KPI Implementation
- Design and implement KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for all departments.
- Align employee goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance evaluation processes.
- Prepare performance reports for management review.
- Drive performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
3. Employee Engagement Activities
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs across all branches.
- Organize festivals, celebrations, recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Develop reward and recognition programs.
- Improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and department discussions.
- Develop annual training calendars.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Organize product knowledge, customer service, sales, leadership, and soft skills training.
- Coordinate external trainers and training agencies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
5. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
- Conduct grievance investigations and recommend resolutions.
- Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.
- Facilitate disciplinary actions as per company policies.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure fair treatment and compliance with company policies.
6. HR Strategy Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support organizational growth and expansion plans.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics.
- Develop succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Recommend policy improvements and HR process enhancements.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
7. Performance Management
- Monitor employee productivity and performance.
- Conduct probation reviews and confirmations.
- Coordinate annual performance appraisals.
- Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance discussions.
8. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Conduct HR audits and policy reviews.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
