### **Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Team Manager / Project Manager – Digital Marketing** with over 7 years of hands-on experience to lead our digital marketing division in Jaipur. In this dual-focus role, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital marketing executives, overseeing cross-functional project execution, and driving high-impact digital campaigns for our clients.

### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **1. Team Leadership & Resource Management**
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing executives, performance marketers, and SEO/SEM specialists.
* Allocate daily tasks, manage workload distribution, and continuously monitor team performance.
* Conduct regular training sessions, foster team motivation, and resolve internal operational bottlenecks.
* Track individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous productivity improvements.
#### **2. Digital Marketing Project Management**
* Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Email channels.
* Define project scopes, deliverables, milestones, and realistic execution timelines.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including client managers, UI/UX designers, content writers, and developer teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Monitor project milestones to ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and quality benchmarks.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for project updates, strategy alignment, and client review calls.
* Translate client goals into actionable digital strategies and operational roadmaps.

### **Required Qualifications & Skills**
* **Experience:** Minimum 7+ years of core experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or project management role (Agency experience preferred).
* **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing Strategy, and Google Analytics.
* **Project Tools:** Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
* **Leadership:** Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing teams of 5+ members.
